For architecture, property & visualization teams

What does it take to turn a Revit or IFC model into a navigable walkthrough?

Start from what you already have: a Revit or IFC model, a SketchUp Pro, Archicad, or Rhinoceros export, or plan drawings. Ziva builds the walkthrough with an AI agent inside the engine around the decision it must support: planning approval, a client design review, or an off-plan sale. You get back an editable Unreal Engine, Unity, or Godot project checked on the device your audience will use.

Start from whatever you already have

Most projects start from one or two of these. None of them is required. Send what you have and the review identifies what is missing.

  • A Revit or IFC model. For Unreal Engine projects, Epic lists both among the formats Datasmith imports. The import path for Unity or Godot is agreed at the source-file review. Epic Games documentation
  • Exports from SketchUp Pro, Archicad, or Rhinoceros, which the same Datasmith page lists. Epic Games documentation
  • Plan drawings and reference boards that set the visual target.

What you get back

  • A navigable walkthrough as an editable project in your engine.
  • Source geometry, scale, hierarchy, and metadata retained as agreed at the source-file review.
  • Viewpoints and comparisons shaped around the decision and its audience.
  • Quality and performance checked on the device the audience will use.

Ziva for Godot 4.2 and later is available to download today. Unity is in beta. Unreal Engine and Isaac Sim begin with a scoped enterprise pilot.

How the work is priced

Enterprise pricing is custom to your organization, engine, and use case. There is no public price list. Send what you have through the project inquiry and the quote follows that review. Support and commercial terms are written into the engagement.

Questions to resolve before production.

Can we start from CAD, BIM, or our architectural model?
Yes, subject to a source-file review. Bring representative exports and the tools that produced them. We will assess geometry, materials, metadata, scale, cleanup, optimization, and revision handling. For Unreal Engine projects, Epic lists Revit and IFC among the formats Datasmith imports. See the Datasmith format list.
What if we do not have a Revit or IFC model?
Send what you have. Plan drawings, an export from SketchUp Pro, Archicad, or Rhinoceros, or reference photos are enough to start the review. A Revit or IFC model gives the build more to work from, and it is not required. The review identifies what is missing.
How realistic will the walkthrough look?
We agree the visual target from your references, audience, source assets, delivery hardware, schedule, and budget. The walkthrough is judged against that target rather than an undefined promise of photorealism.
Which device will the walkthrough run on?
The device the audience will use, agreed at the review. Quality and performance are checked on that device before handoff.
Is this an engineering or compliance analysis tool?
No. The walkthrough supports visualization and design communication. Engineering, code compliance, measured analysis, and construction decisions remain in the professional tools and review processes responsible for them.
Who owns the project after handoff?
You do. You retain all rights to the code and content you create using Ziva, the project is handed over as editable source in your engine, and Ziva never uses your code to train AI models. Read the terms of service.
